The first half of 2022 has been a busy one. Not leaving much time to get our proposal online. However life has settled down! The focus will be to have the complete proposal online in the next month or so. I'll be posting it online a page at a time as I have the availability to do so.

Why the need for Preserve Laie?

This is a great question with a long answer but we'll try to sum it up as best we can. Our reasons are as follows.
